Utility Billing Notice
The City of Genoa is experiencing issues with utility bills being uploaded to Invoice Cloud (the City’s utility billing software) due to a software upgrade. This means that anyone signed up through Invoice Cloud to receive their bill via email has not received their October bill that is typically sent the first of the month. For anyone who receives their bill via regular mail, online bill payments are currently unavailable. City Staff is working diligently to rectify the situation.
